Refund policy

Order Cancellation

AABB accepts order cancellation requests before the product is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact AABB via email (order@aabb.co.com) or WhatsApp (9567 8861) within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued. No return requests in any form will be accepted after the product has been shipped (except for damaged products).

Refunds and Exchanges

AABB operates a 7-day refund/exchange policy, which commences on the day you receive your product. If the 7-day period has elapsed, AABB will not accept any refund or exchange requests for any reason.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All original accessories must also be returned when making an exchange.

Note: AABB will request relevant photos via email or WhatsApp for record-keeping purposes.

Refund/Exchange Details

  • Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, AABB will notify you via email or WhatsApp to acknowledge receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund yet, please first re-check your original payment account. Then, contact your payment provider or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Sale Items: Any promotional items purchased from AABB (including clearance and discounted products) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Exchanges: AABB only replaces items if they are damaged upon receipt. If you need to request an exchange, please notify AABB via email or WhatsApp.

  • Shipping Fees for Refunds/Exchanges: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item and for the re-delivery, except in cases where the product was already damaged upon receipt.

Recommendation: If you are returning or exchanging an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. AABB does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
